You remember Todd, don't you? My old roommate. Short guy, loved ballroom dancing and historical fiction. Moderately balding, always wore penny loafers and said "It seemed that way to me from the very beginning" way more than he had to. He accidentally left behind his personalized, monogrammed nightie after moving away to Tampa. He telegraphed me asking to post it to him if I ever found it, but I decide against doing him any favors the day I woke up and he had decided to get the stairs redone without telling me.
